I was sent to Perth for 4 days bz trips. Seriously I am very reluctant to go due to the tight schedules i have back in Singapore.
Upon reaching Perth, my relationship with God has deepen tremendously.
I felt His presence and His love for me that i have nv once experience before.
He protected me times and times again.
I learned one thing. God is always there, waiting for us to run to Him, just like a father waiting for his children to come back home.
And I want to tell God. "Father I am home and I will not leave home again!"

Yoyo!!!
Yo.... it's me again.... =)
Guess at this time... (5pm), i should be at the field playing Frisbee.... but our dear Bro, Will is away and hence we couldnt played today.... and i'm at home, using my sis's lappie... writting this blog....
Okie... i'm encouraged to by the latest blog by Ariel on how to pray... esp the part pray humbly... which strikes me from the sermon from Pastor.B on how do i know God's Will? Taken from Psalms 73... The author started in awe to God followed by a lot of complainings/his cry for injustice....
Oops... got distracted during the sermon but 1 of the thing that caught my attention... in Isa 6:5 "Isaiah cried out to God... "Wow to me!"I cried. "I am ruined. For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the king, the Lord Almighty." When we meet face to face with God, all our achievements, honours, etc faded in pale to God's glory and we will humbly seek God... As i always strived to live my life in Ps 27:4 "One thing i ask of the LORD, this is what i seek, that i may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD, and to seek him in his temple." Just a timely reminder from God of my life purpose on earth.... just facing right in front of me... though it has been a while that i really took time intentionally to spend quality time with God. Like what my fren like to say... "waste time with God" Have to quieten myself and listen to God's speaking....

Also, some important guidelines which Pastor B. shared with us... will be quite helpful for the 1st timers who's doing personal retreats.... my 1st time was quite a difficult one... i can identify with Pastor B of his struggles of being quiten down before God... I'm one who can never be still for 15-30mins.... after a while, i will get bored and start doing other stuffs or get distracted.... Which 1 place i find will be impossible for me to have a ETWG is my home... too many stuffs and noises!! Oh gosh... but fortunately i can do it somewhere more quieter.... hehe... one of my old time fav personal retreat is still MaRchite Reservor, ECP and recently Changi Airport T2... =-D
Well, guess i would have to listen to the sermon again... to squeeze out the "juice" of the message... hehe...

How to Pray
Many of us have been praying and praying and praying but soon to realize that our prayers are not effective. Why?
Some of us would more than often complaint that we don’t have time to pray due to busy schedules, but not knowing that prayer is a form of communicating and keeping in touch with our Master, our Lord, our Father. Jesus finds time to pray no matter how busy you could claim
How to Pray
1. Place to pray
· Solitary Place Mark 1:35, Luke 5:16, 6:12, Matthew 14:2, Mark 6:36
· A place where you could be alone
· A place where you could find quietness
· A place where no disturbance
· We have to learn today how to be quiet if you don’t have this place; you have to find one or create one. e.g. waits up earlier, find a quiet room in you home while everyone is till sleeping….
2. Time to pray Mark 1:35, Luke 5:16-17
· Jesus wakes up early to pray
· Jesus stays in touch with the Father so he knows what Father wants
· Jesus wants Father to direct Him the way
· Jesus wants the Holy Spirit to come alongside with Him
3. Attitude of praying
· Pray sincerely
Ø Don’t pray for show
Ø Don’t pray to impress man or God
Ø Pray from the heart and from the Spirit not from the brain
· Pray specifically
Ø Be précised
Ø Be focused
· Pray persistently Luke 16:1
Ø Keep asking, don’t be oppressed by the thought that God is not answering to your prayers, because you are sinner, that’s the reason why or telling you that you are lousy in prayers, that’s why God not hearing in you… NO! Be persistent!
Ø Keep knocking
Ø Persistency doesn’t mean only praying once and persist in that one and only prayer e.g. Father I trust and insisted that You do this …….
Ø Do not loose heart even when you need to ask again and again. Once you loose heart, you will pray using your brain not the heart and spirit.
· Pray humbly
Ø Be humble and God will lift up your prayers
Ø Declaration does not give you the right!
Ø Pray with humility; Lord have mercy, Lord have Grace, By your grace….., Not because I am faithful but you are faithfully, we know we don’t deserved all these but we asked by your grace …….
4. Items to pray Matthew 6:9
· Understand, you can pray for anything but always put God purpose first
· He is hallow, He is God
· Pray for God’s Kingdom – Jesus is here to restore God’s Kingdom
· You were the first on earth as this in heaven. How?
Ø Heaven is here all the time if you acknowledge it. It is in you and me. It is in us.
· Asked for forgiveness and remember, you have to forgive those who hurt you, against you and harm you by God’s Grace.
· These are all because you are serving the kingdom. You are always in the battle. When you are fighting for the Kingdom of God, you are also fighting against the kingdom of darkness. So you need the Father, Son and The Holy Spirit to guide you, give you strength and to come alongside you in this battle. Not by human strength but by His, because you will always be tempted, disturb, loose faith so you must stay very close with your Master, your Lord, your Father.
James 5:6
Our basis of our prayer is faith. Mark 11. Faith must be placed in God, with God and for God. By faith we are justified. By faith we are righteous because God has inputted His Grace in us.
By Your Grace I am righteous; the promise is by Your Grace. Amen!

Prayer for Chor Ling's Pregnancy
Lord,
We thank you for this beautiful blessing for our sister, Chor Ling. Indeed, children are awesome blessings from heaven and we want to priase you for this amazing gift.
We ask that you cover a hedge of protection over both mother and child. Bless her with an enjoyable and pleasant pregnancy. Let the development of this little life be healthy and normal.
In the days ahead, we ask for your holy anointing to be upon Chor Ling. Grant her strenght and joy in serving you. Renew and rejuvenate her spirit, Lord, so that her daily walk will continue to shine as a living testimony for the glory of your kingdom.
Lord, as both Chor Ling and her beloved husband embark on this exciting journey of parenthood, teach them to follow after your heart, so that they can build a household of faith that is pleasing and acceptable to you.
Father, we commit Chor Ling and her bundle of joy in your loving hands.
We pray all these in Jesus Most Precious and Holy Name.

Purpose of this Journal
Shalom.
This blog is intended to bless and encourage those who read it. We have members coming from different walks of life and prepare to share and bless people as much as we could.
We would like to invite all the dancers of the Lord (members), to share your testimonies, sermons, our walk with God, our gatherings, etc with those whom will be brought in by our Heavenly Father for a divine purpose.
We will also like to invite readers to send in any prayer requests that you wish to be prayed for or even things that you want to share with us. We will pray for you and we believe that our fellow brothers and sisters in the dance group who cant join us in this blog, will keep you in their prayers too.
We pray to our Heavenly Father to bless those who enter into this blog will be moved and inspired by the contributors Lord. Father we pray that You will bring salvation and bless anyone who reads this blog, oh Lord.

Father, we thank You for the wonderful week and another great day tat You open Your blessing to, Lord.
Father we thank you for the great job opportunity that was put before Erinna. Father we asked that throughout the period of her job selection, You would bring her those organisations that will be pleasing to You Lord. That You will guide her in the choice of her job placement and reveal Your divine purpose for her, Lord
Father we ask that You would grant Erinna peace and favour during the interviews. You will arrange the divine appointment for her Lord.
Father for You are wise and our wisdom are empty Lord, so guide us in the decision we make and reveal to us our purpose in wherever You placed us in Lord. Teach us to surrender and lean on You but not on our human understanding Lord.
Father we ask that you will teach Erinna to open her heart to you and let the Holy Spirit work in her life Lord. And let her bring salvation to her family and be saved from sin Lord. Let her realise the beauty of being a child of Yours Lord and continue to be blessed by Your unfailing Love.

Wow.... so amazing!!!
Oops.... This's my first time writing in other people's blog instead of mine... Wow.. so amazing... anyway, just wanna shared something that God amazes me this week... (happens on consequently on Wednesday and Thursday....) On wednesday.... i have an interesting enocounter with a person working on the same building but from different levels....hmmm, i was having rather a bad week... guess fatigue really pulls people down.... Oh ya, it happened on wednesday after as i was making my way back to office after lunch... as i was walking towards the lift lobby, saw a person far away before we stepped into the lift lobby (at the basement 1)..... Eh, she for no good reason gave me a big smile... den we have a brief conversation inside the lift... Oh my goodness, my spirit was completely lifted up after that encounter... =)
The other 1 was on thursday evening after work.... just amazes me on how God can use people for his purpose... I wanted badly to say something to my colek after all the big "explosion" with colek... was regretful and wanted badly to apologize for the hurt i have inflicted.... Well, i'm not the type that the word sorry can comes easily from my mouth... hmmm... pride leh!!! As i was struggling to give chase after my colek and i was walking a bit faster than usual as the distance between my colek and i was quite far...... Out of the sudden, a colek from the other dept who was standing in front of me shouted aloud to my colek.... and fortunately my colek did reacted... hmmm... okay... after which i went back to my helpful coleks and strike out a conversation with her.... and .... guess what... she told me she got a feeling that i'm looking for my colek.... wow.... i'm just simply too amazed!!!
The other 1 was on thursday evening after work.... just amazes me on how God can use people for his purpose... I wanted badly to say something to my colek after all the big "explosion" with colek... was regretful and wanted badly to apologize for the hurt i have inflicted....
